My AutoPay discount hasn't worked in the 7 months I've had my four lines. Paperless Billing and AutoPay (from bank account) have been on since day one. I've tried calling support multiple times. A few weeks ago I was promised a near $300 credit for the months I was overcharged. I still don't see it and my next bill doesn't show the discount applying either. I just got off the phone with support again, and this time they forwarded my call to Affirm? I refused to answer their security questions because I have no idea if I was really talking to Affirm or what they would have to do with anything.
