I bought a Network Extender through Verizon in March 2023. In the middle of December it stopped connecting to the LTE Network and I have tried rebooting it, resetting it, and letting it sit unplugged but it still will not connect to the SeGW Server. After logging into the Network Extenders IP Address everything is up to date but no matter what I do it won’t connect to that server. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
