I just wanted to post that I had the most amazing customer service experience with Jonathan today. I went to it the phone call expecting to cancel my service today. He changed that. He was so so sweet and got me all I was asking for and then some! If all your reps were like Jonathan you’d keep more customers! Give that man a raise
