I recently purchased a prepaid plan that included a sim card (since the one that came with my verizon phone somehow wasn't valid for a prepaid verizon plan). I've installed said sim card yet my phone is simply saying "network locked". What can I do to fix this? I've ensured that the sim card is installed properly and I've already tried restarting my phone and turning airplane mod on/off.
