I am at a loss right now. My new complex has a bulk account with Verizon Fios. I've sent my lease where I was told. The apartment manager has even called customer service. I keep being told they can't give me service because it's not yet shut off. It's never going to shut off! It's a bulk account! Every time they're contacted, they respond "give it 3-4 days". This is delaying my move. This is insanity. Please help.
