I thought perhaps this would be useful for somebody. I live in rural area. We relied on a Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender since 2018 with Frontier Broadband home internet. It worked great. Then we upgraded to Frontier Fiber Optic internet with the EERO devices. Extender would not make it past the step "searching for IP address". After several calls to both Verizon and Frontier - the latter telling me it would never work because "there is no IP address with fiber optic internet", and just before putting the device in a yard sale box, I tried something and it worked and we now have 5 bars of LTE services showing on all 3 of our Verizon cell phones. I already had managed my extender in my Verizon devices and had it set up to closed with all three of our numbers added as contacts for priority access. I simply reset the device by holding down on the reset button on bottom with a paperclip while powered up and then plugged it in....to the EERO - not the large black router/modem thing. It went through all steps and blue light is on. We have tested making and receiving calls. This is better than enabling wifi calling for us - that had issues. I am attaching photos as well.
