Purchased a new apple watch 9 directly from Apple for my daughter who is on my Verizon cellular plan. We have spent countless hours with several Verizon techs, have gone through the whole reset to factory setting multiple times, etc, and still my daughter cannot make or receive calls on her watch. Even though the watch says it's connected to cellular service, the calls fail each time. The last tech we spoke with said she needed a Verizon issued Apple watch and that he would send her a new watch from Verizon and info to send her current one to Verizon, but he ghosted us and never sent a replacement. Very frustrated as I'm paying for cellular service that we're not getting and we just get the run around.
