today I spoke with CS supervisor and he told me there is nothing he can do.

I got 3rd iPhone and still have problems.

then No service.
I spoke CS people today and also spoke CS supervisor who refuse to give network extender.
And he told me the contract I signed paper has ' Verizon can't not guaranty inside of building'.
Man, my desk is next window in middle of city.
Verizon CS sucks
I have been with verizon for many years and now I'm thinking to switch to AT&T
he said ' you do whatever you can, but I can't do anything for now'
All I need is to be available to use my iPhone.

my point is why I need to pay money that I can't use?
There are so many AT&T people in my office and they don't have any problems and I'm only one.
I don't think Verizon will give me a happy solution( according to CS supervisor), so I think I have to swatch to AT&T.
what is best way that I can switch without early termination fine.
