I switched to Fios 2 months ago and cannot begin to explain how awful the customer service has been. Not only have i had to replace my router once already, Had my internet go down last night, contacted tech support. They acknowledged a wire was cut and could be 24 hours (maybe less, maybe more) before it’s repaired. I explained that i work from home and i can’t have this unreliability. While she had sympathy with me, there wasnt want much she could do. She asked if i would like to talk to someone about discounts or promotions in an attempt to offer retribution for the problem. I said i don’t want to pay for anything else. She said they would be in the form of a credit on my bill. So i said sure.
i then spent the next hour getting transferred 4 times, every time getting asked the same question and not once did i receive a single offer. Finally asked for a supervisor, was not given one. So now im shopping for new internet.
