My son's series s was promised to be delivered by 24th Dec but was evidently stolen by UPS worker proven by delivery photo.verizon promisedvto reship a replacement to my son but am given the run around ever since .I think I am gonna cancel this entire service they shouldn't lie to my child like this.they marked Xbox as returned but never responded back about reship date keep ignoring me .SO DISSATISFIED .YOU CAN SEE THEY EVEN LIED TO MY SON ON XMAS TELLING HIM HE CAN PUCK UP IN STORE IN 26TH ONLY TO GO TO STORE AND BE TOLD THAT WAS A LIE . NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT THIS only told it was mistake by rep .smdh
