This is actually going on with me and my girlfriends who with our Verizon account with our two iPhones we got unwanted unauthorized numbers on our account and now we’re being charged for unauthorized unethical charges that our hours they made a mistake by attaching a different account to our account and now I’m being held responsible for their mistake and I had to pay off this balance of like $1000 $2000 when my monthly bills on the 160 bucks a month for both phones and phones are already paid off. Mine may remind you and now our device protection was removed. We can’t upgrade our phones. My phone was stolen. They won’t replace my phone because The protection was removed and we’re not allowed to operator device devices or out a line until we pay off this unpaid balance, that isn’t ours I was constantly put through through different departments as she was department department human through AI through chat through phone on hold ending phone calls and I had to keep explaining to my story over and over and over again I need something done about this
