Hello ! I am utterly disappointed in Verizon. Over the past three years I have purchased all my iPhones. I lost a phone in August 2023 and replaced it with an iPhone 15 in the same year in October . I was having issues with the phone and traded it with a 15 after receiving a promotion from Verizon indicating they’d give me $1000 credit for my 14 ,which I owned out right , if I upgraded . I recently realized that since October of 2023 I have paying, 0.28 a month for this phone. I no longer want to use. Smartphone and. Verizon is telling me I would owe over $700 to cancel my plan . How can this be when I traded in a phone that cost me $860 .
