So I like many others were enticed by the free Xbox deal. I get my Internet and set it up. Wait the 14 days and claimed my Xbox on the "claim your Xbox" tab on my my Verizon account. Did everything they said I was supposed to. The tab took me to the store and had the Xbox in the cart locked and loaded ready to go. I hit the purchase button and boom I think I'm good to go. 3 days later I'm on my profile and see the "claim your free Xbox" button still on my account. So I go to my orders and sure enough a big fat 320.00 dollar charge on my account. First things first, claim the actual free Xbox. Now I'm tryna figure out why I'm being charged 320 dollars for a free Xbox not to mention the 200 dollar charge for a 5g box I returned. I'm starting to think I'm getting jerked around here cause nobody on the phone can help nor can anyone in a store. I already had to wait 3 weeks for a letter from the post office just to get access to my account because one of the internet sales people set it up. It's been one big headache after another ad I haven't even had Verizon internet for 2 months .
