I have been trying to request a demolition letter for 2 weeks, everyone I speak to tells me a different process. I have completed every process and still have received nothing, everyone I speak to is very confused. Most recently was on the phone for 1.5 hrs with an agent who provided me an email to submit but the email was returned. Does anyone know how Verizon handles demolition letters required by local city requirements?
