I switched from spectrum to Verizon because I seen first 6 months free and then 20$ a month after that I signed up in November the promotion was good til January so the first couple months was free so I figured was going as it should and then all of a sudden I get a bill for the next couple months saying I owed 177$ apparently the Verizon forward was not applied to my bill so now my service is shut off and the person said he doesn't know anything about the 6 months free thing I have to find documentation are you serious how about see what you was advertising at the time i set it up and why would my first 2 months be free and then all of a sudden a huge bill for the next 2 months are you supposed to reapply every month that's ridiculous now I have no wifi service even though I am enrolled in Verizon forward what a joke I should have stayed with spectrum at the most expensive with everyone else I've never seen that much for some stupid wifi that 177$ should have been taken off!! In on this program because I am poor now I'm sitting around waiting to see if they going to take it off in however many business days everyone I talk to tells me something different and don't know what the heck I'm talking about I would advise anyone else do not get this service I've never seen such horrible service and all you get on the phone is someone oversees you can't even understand!!!!
