Rate Increase in my first 4 months of 36 month contract

I just received an email notice from Verizon stating my lines will increase $3 per line each month. I have 5 lines on my account. That is $15 more per month plus tax. That is about $500 more a year. Apparently they are allowed to raise rates for customers in contract regardless. This isn’t great to hear. I also don’t like the service as compared to my previous carrier. Wish I could switch back without paying any penalties. Just going to finish my 36 month contract and switch back. Sorry Verizon, but your services are not the best and you don’t deserve more money from me.

They are a joke now. I'm pulling out. My workplace uses verzion as a carrier as well, not for long.

I’ve been told this before by a different Verizon associate. After the dialogue, the Verizon agent did not lower my price, but instead tried to convince me I was getting an outstanding and amazing deal for my services. WRONG! LIES! I had a better value plan with T-Mobile. Verizon is overpriced and the service is bad! Please don’t patronize me Verizon. I am not gullible to believe what you tell me. You failed to be honest when I switched over to you for service and that was the beginning of the end for me. Just waiting for my contract to end so I can go back to T-Mobile.
