I've had the home Internet service for 16 days now and was interested in the Xbox bundle that came with it , I ordered the router and picked it up same day on the first of January 01/01 and installed it same day , it is not the 16th and I cannot redeem the bundle, no one at customer service can tell me why , I spoke with someone yesterday who had me hold for the better part of an hour while she waited on a coworker to email her an escalation ticket form as she didn't have a copy.... After that I was told I'd receive an email, alas, there was no email . Not in spam or otherwise , I have spent 6 hours on the phone with three different agents today and still have no answer, all I'm told is "rest assured you'll get it" , but no one can tell me when or why I can't redeem it despite the time quota being met , which was fourteen days after activation, well Verizon, it's been sixteen days . 1/10 do not recommend
