Since October 12, 2024 there has no ability to view current usage. Verizon has acknowledged this and has said its team is aware. This is totally unacceptable. No issue should be months to fix. I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years. It's always been about reliability for me inspite of the fact Verizon is been more expensive. To me every business has a down moment. It's about the time how they respond after where they show their true colors. Will they respond in meaningful ways to correct things and make it up to its customers. If Verizon chooses to be just like the rest to deliver average service then the only thing that held me back from changing companies has been eliminated. I will go with just saving a buck at this point.
