I’ve had 2 mobile line services and WiFi for over 4 years. I’ve spoke to customer service the local store here who called and no one will help me. I moved to a new state in July and switched banks about a month or two in . Something happened with autopay before I had enrolled my new bank into auto pay. I now can not receive auto pay discount saving $30 a month because of one fluke thing I had no control over unless I get a Verizon credit card. This is corporate greed people they have done nothing but shuffle me around after being a loyal customer for over 4 years I will be cancelling my devices and services cause who has $30 a month to throw to this company for nothing!
