I switched to Verizon on June 5th 2024. I got a new phone through them at the Walmart service center.
I was told there was a senior discount plan but had to call customer service in an hour to set it up and switch my phone number. *****. Jim said this time it would go through and I would get my refund, but it was only 194.25 because they were charging me for a few days service after I had returned the phone. I said I want 200.00 that is what I paid for the worthless phone and had cancelled the service before I even returned the phone. On 12-27-24 I got a email from Verizon and they said I would not get the refund!!!!
How can they not refund me???? I did what I was told, returned the phone like I was instructed by their technical person to the store where I bought it. I was with in the 30 day trial period!!! And I only had the worthless phone a few days after I paid for it!!!
Verizon I want to see an explanation for this !!! And I can tell you I will never recommend your service to anyone!! And a copy of this letter is going to the Better Business Bureau if this is not taken care of very soon.
