Hello, my daughter got her Gizmo watch a week ago and it is working fine. However when the watch is off, it will vibrate when someone sends her a message. She has turned off vibration in her watch settings. I tested it several times, and while it was turned off, it still vibrates when I message her. Is this normal/expected, or is this a problem that can be fixed? She would like to have times when the watch is off so she is not distracted by it, but still finds herself distracted by the vibration.
