For two years in a row, I was offered a new 5G home internet box that come with a $200 promotion. Last year I was supposed to receive a Home Depot gift card. For Home Depot, I was told to check my spam email over the next 3 months to find it. I did this regularly and nothing showed up. I finally went into the store and the rep helped somehow so that I actually got the email. However, when I followed the steps in the email....surprise, the gift card was unavailable. I was not late on the promotion, I followed the instructions, but still unavailable?
Now, I am waiting on an XBox bundle. This time I actually got the email within a few weeks. But big surprise, the site says "We're Sorry. Looks like your item is temporarily out of stock." What?? That's all the information I get, no ability to place the order and wait for it to arrive. It just assumes I'm not going to come back and will lose out on this too.
Twice in a row, same issue. This is ridiculous for Verizon. I'm owed a $200 home depot card and an XBox bundle.
