October 18th 2024 I went online ordered a upgrade Pixel 9 Pro ,paid fees and used what I had earned from my Verizon dollars from my Verizon card. After ordering it shows a backorder date of December 27th. I online chatted with Verizon January 16 2025 to inquire about it still being on backordered. Verizon says it was cancelled on their end. So they want me to reprocess my order which is no longer as good as the deal I paid for back in October 2024. Also have not got any refund from their cancelled purchase and have not refunded my Verizon dollars credits to my card. Not sure this company values their customers. Been with Verizon for over 10 years but looks like they could care less if you stay or leave them.. Seems like a great excuse to try AT&T or T-Mobile now. I'm sure they wouldnt cancel my order and then not even email or text me about it......I would like to know if anyone else has dealt with these type of shady business practices ....
