iPhone 13 Pro Max upgrade

I just ordered new phones for my daughters and upgraded my iPhone 13 Pro Max, was quoted $208 a month for everything, but just looked over itemized billing for next month, $268?!?!?! My trade in value not listed, at all! He said I would get full credit for trade in since my phone is like brand new, $1000, but on the order sheet it says trade in of $215. But again, on my bill for next month $268 no trade in credit, NONE of my apps/bundles, which I told him I cannot go without esp my Apple Music which has taken me yrs to build my playlist, no apps incl. This has happened to me previously so I purposely took pics of everything he said, and I WILL be turning them in, this is awful! Literally the worst business practices, EVER! I am on disability and cannot afford $300 a month for phone service! And he knew that, I explained my situation and he said he understood and it would be $196 b4 taxes and $208 for everything including my bundled items. That’s what I will be paying, not any more than that! I removed my payment methods cuz no one is going to tell me 1 price and steal more than they said the monthly payment would be! No Way!

I can upload pics of the whole conversation. I have already contacted BBB and MN attorney general cause this isn’t the 1st time I have been conned and duped by your sales team. I am a disabled mother of 4 girls I live on disability, and I cannot believe you ppl were set to steal nearly $300 a month out of my acct. and give me $0 for my phone that I have been paying for for 2 yrs and paid off the balance today! $98! This is beyond a nightmare! We need phones to be able to get help if we need it, and to communicate, but to take advantage of ppl is not a great look! If this was a 1 time deal, I wouldn’t be as upset but I have been in this situation before with your company. So I made sure to take photos of his words. I asked over & over if everything would be included, he said yes, everything and it wouldn’t be more than $208 a month! And if I truly am getting the full amount for my perfect condition trade in, I shouldn’t owe anything for several months!! I am not giving you my phone for free!

I will pay the amount quoted, I expect the full trade in value on my phone that I just paid in full today, it is in perfect condition, it is in an Otterbox case with screen and camera protectors, not a scratch on it! I am on disability and cannot afford $300 a month and I told him that several times! He said, “no problem”, he kept changing stuff tho he said it would be 3 iPhones, but then when I was ready to go that changed to differing phones. I did want 2 iPhones and 1 Samsung galaxy, but they are not the ones i initially asked about. Which is fine as long as I am paying the quoted price. $196 no more than the $208 which is what he said it will be with taxes and stuff. I can’t put pictures here live, I did email them to Verizon tho. Of the conversation. So hoping your company does the right thing since I have been paying you guys for 13 yrs now! I should be getting free phones by this point! You should be glad I have paid you automatically out of my acct for 13 yrs. I am weary now 4 sure!
