I disconnected my 5 G home internet back in Dec. it is now end of January and haven’t received or even gotten a return label or kit to do so they are so bad at everything they say there going to do. I’m about to get rid of Verizon if they don’t start doing what they say there going to do Send kit when you say your going to. How hard is that
