I bought a house 4 years ago that has pre-existing Verizon internet cables coming off the side of the house in a Verizon box from the previous owners. The lines run up the side of my house, and from the top of my house out to the electrical pole in the street. I have been trying for FOUR YEARS to get Verizon to remove their property from my property. Today alone I spent 5 HOURS on the phone with them being sent from person to person, given wrong information and wrong call numbers. At one point a representative even gave me a phone number to an entirely different internet company! I need these lines removed from my property IMMEDIATELY — my next stop is a visit with the Public Utility Commissions.
