This has to be the worst web and mobile experience I have ever had. It's constantly making you sign back in, none of the links work, automated chat is not helpful. I bought a PrePaid Iphone online and for some reason my purchase was placed on hold. I spent over 3 hours on the chat trying to figure out the problem before calling and spending another hour trying to get to a live person, then another 2 hours being transferred from department to department. No one knew what the problem was. I kept getting booted of the chats and when I resigned in - the messages were lost and I had to start over. The site and app are not functional and it is ridiculous something so easy can't be figured out. Clearly Verizon is not set up for PrePaid customers. When I finally had enough and tried to cancel the purchase through the app, it said "content not available." I am beyond frustrated. How can Verizon be in business?
