I honestly don't know how Verizon can legally get away with their ridiculous customers service shenanigans. Having 6+ chats about the same issue and being read a script that they would definitely help resolve the issue then literally nothing happens. It sickens me to calculate the amount of $ I've given this company over 15+ years.
