Me and my family switched from T-mobile to Verizon in 12/2024. Our T mobile monthly for 4 lines was $200. After switching plans and upgrading phones through a Verizon promotion we were quoted an estimate of $236 to $250. After paying $1000 at start, first payment was $438, now estimated ongoing bill is $401. $401!
This was not what we were quoted. I’m now paying double my monthly prior T-mobile bill. Absolutely dishonest!
what’s worse I’ve been in to Verizon at least 5 times since December to figure my bill out. My monthly bill seems to go up every time I check my upcoming bill which is now $401 from $384
Needless to say, I’m a very negative ad for those that ask who my provider is. Wishing I had never switched. Verizon seems incapable or disinterested in helping me with this.
