I keep seeing discussions about people leaving verizon and having an impossible time getting their final bill, and this is another one. I need my final bill and something showing i have had service in good standing for at least 3 months. I cant log into my account. The disconnected number log in is a joke it doesnt work for me or anyone else who has tried it and it's impossible for someone from customer service to get into my account. I have been a verizon customer for over 10 years and it shouldnt be this difficult!!
