I purchased the $100 international monthly plan for a trip to Costa Rica. The device will frequently show it has full bars with the 'R' for roaming, but will not have any access to mobile data - no internet, no messaging, nothing. I have restarted, I have connected manually to local networks (LIBERTY, for instance), and nothing has worked. For this price I would expect the service to work easily. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
