Back in October 2024 I traded in two iPhone 13 pro phones for two "free" iPhone 16 Pro phones. I received both new phones and returned both trade in phones with the Verizon supplied UPS tracking numbers. However, one of the phones never showed on my account as being shipped. But according to UPS tracking, the phone was received but I'm now being charged full price for the new phone. I have been on the phone, on txt and on the Verizon support page for over 10 hours of my time trying to sort this out supplying proof of delivery. After much wrangling on the phone and txt, I was finally able to get an agent to open an "escalation ticket" (10193090) on the support page. The last update I got was Saturday, January 25 saying it was resolved and "a representative will contact you soon". How soon is soon? I have been dealing with this issue for months and still no resolution. I'm beyond frustrated with Verizon and will not be paying for the new phone, even if we have to go to court.
