I was on the phone over an hour today passed back and forth between Verizon and Apple teams trying to get the Apple One Family subscription activated. I have been paying for this “perk” for two months and have not been able to get it activated despite multiple phone calls. My phone reflects an Apple One individual account in settings and in the Apple Music app. My Verizon app and bill reflect Apple one family. Every attempt to activate via text and link leads to an error message. This is fraudulent. Phone calls leave me on hold waiting me out until I hang up. I am beyond frustrated.
