We were on the 55 plus discount plan in August 2024 when we received a Verizon Email requesting us to verify that I am a nurse. Since I am a nurse, I clicked on the link and made the verification . We did not realize that this was a predatory email that eliminated our 55 plus discount plan replaced it with a lessor discount. We called billing in September, October, November, December 2024, January and February 2025 asking to be placed back on the 55 plus plan. I was always credited and told we were being put back on the 55 plus plan. On 31 Jan 2025 Noma said she requested that we be put back on the 55 plus plan, but she is unable to credit the difference between the nurses plan and 55 plus plan back to us because Verizon already extracted the money from our checking account. SENIORS BEWARE Verizon sends deceptive emails out that reduces your discounts, and removes money from your checking account, and customer service is not authorized to make it right. Customer Service can not patch you through to any management that can give you a credit There is no method. .
