Verizon Home Internet $200 gift card

I already redeemed a $200 gift card and that came with a promotion for switching to Verizon's 5G Home Internet. I even used a portion of the balance of the gift card to purchase an accessory on Verizon.com so I know it's good and valid. However, I can't seem to find my gift card information on my account any longer. I no longer have the original email from Verizon that I used to claim and redeem the gift card because my email account has been hacked, and I lost all of my old emails as a result. How do I access and use the remaining balance of my gift card?
