I received my promo code for the XBox S console but it shows it expired the day BEFORE I received the code. I attempted to order the promo but could not. When I contacted support I was told that it was because it is out of stock. I asked if I could order another model and was told that if the S series was still out of stock after 72 hours I could order the Xbox X series instead. I waited from that Wednesday until the following Monday. I contacted Verizon again and was told, after hours of chatting, that I could go ahead and place my order for the X series. This was after they said they couldn’t find where they sent me the email with the code even after I told them the date and time it was sent. They finally said they found it after about 2 hours. The X series is an Express pickup only item. I could not locate a location with an available unit so I started another chat to see if they could locate it for me. In this chat the agent let me know that I couldn’t order the X series because a ticket had been made and escalated and I had to wait for that decision. I was specifically told I could place the order in the previous chat. All of this was screen recorded. Why am I getting such a run around now? Is this so people will just give up?
