I ordered 4 phones from Verizon to port from ATT. I received an empty box from Verizon. I have spent hours trying to get a resolution and after a month of getting the run around, Verizon has told me that I am responsible for phones that I never received. I have been told a different story by everyone I have spoken to. I was told there was usage on a phone 3 days before the empty box was delivered but verizon says their investigation belongs to them and will not provide me with any of the information they have from the investigation and whoever told me that was not supposed to. In the mean time, my ATT phones were in limbo with porting and were not working correctly for a month and Verizon offered no solution except a call back in 3-5 days that never happened every 5 days that I called back for over a month. I have been lied to, promised call backs that never came, told I would receive a resolution and after a month of calls, was told I need to make a claim with FedEx but FedEx says Verizon owns the merchandise and their contract with Verizon only allows for verizon to make a claim and they will not help me with this. Verizon wouldn’t give me their FedEx account number or address that FedEx asked for. Verizon told me they made two claims and both were denied, but FedEx says Verizon never made a claim. Verizon has been the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. Beware, Verizon has zero accountability. They have become the new Comcast with their level of customer service. I have never been so disappointed with a company and their response to an issue. It literally took them a month to tell me to make a claim with FedEx knowing that I wasn’t able to. Then they told me to make a police report which I also did only for them to tell me they are not going to offer any resolution after I did everything they asked me to. They also won’t provide me any information about where MY phones are at that they are charging me for. They have usage and location information that I am not allowed to know about even though a rep told me a phone was used 3 days before the package was delivered. Run from Verizon unless you enjoy paying $5000 for items that you will not receive from a company that refuses to help in any way.
