Add LTE Network Extender to my Verizon account

Hello,

I recently purchased a used LTE Network Extender that I am now trying to get added to my account. Activation proceeds until the SeGW Server stage and hangs there; the status page shows Reachable Auth Fail for the IPSec SeGW section. I have called in but was unsuccessful in getting the device registered.

Relevant info:

MAC: A49733E83287

Software Version: GA5.10 - V0.5.010.1167

You can't get it activated via this Forum. You have to call Customer Service, 800-922-0204, and maybe ask for Technical Support to get it done/verified. Also, have you turned on the IPSec option in your router? If not, then that could be blocking your connection to the IPSec SeGW.
