I ordered phones on March 17, 2025. I was told they would be shipped and have them by the 21st. On the 22nd I was told I should cancel the order because it was lost. I proceeded to do what they recommended and was given a ticket number and was told that would be receiving an email. A few days went by no email no answer. I called back customer service and tried to get an answer. I was told that the ticket was not resolved because they did not have device numbers The agent processed another ticket saying that I would have my refund and the order was canceled. That was not true. I called the agent back on February 3rd the agent was very helpful and said it was an IT problem and they would cancel my order and I would get a refund. The ticket was processed the next day and an email sent to have my payment sent to my credit card. They said they would expedite it. It is now February 7 and I still have no refund. Please someone explain to me what is going on
