Hello,
I just moved into a new place and trying obtain FiOS services at my location. FiOS appears to be available in the entire neighborhood /zip code including my neighbor to the direct north, but for whatever reason my particular corner is marked as FiOS ineligible.
I tried contacting customer service, but their system isn't even able to submit a FAST ticket to see if an engineer can see what the potential issue is. They said their system only allows HSI tickets to be placed, and it completely disallows a real FAST ticket to even be opened.
I should mention that I live in a privately owned home, not a managed property and there are no pre-existing utility contracts here.
What's the best way to get my situation looked at by an engineer or otherwise at Verizon?
