Received my Galaxy Watch Ultra (Purchased through Samsung website) Tuesday February 4, 2025 and went to Verizon today to have it added to my plan and setup Numbershare. The rep was unable to get the new number for the watch to activate. When attempting to do it online, I received an error from the site that the IMEI # is not compatible. The website for the Galaxy watch states that the watch is compatible with Verizon. I have been going back and forth between Verizon and Samsung with both blaming the other for the issue with no steps to move forward and correct the issue.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with the IMEI stating not compatible?
