So for the past 2.5 months Verizon has been placing me and my child on a merry-go-round with promises that we would receive our Black Friday Promotion Items. Each time, I feel like Oliver, please mam give us five more days. Today, however, I received yet another email stating we were ineligible for amy of the promotions. So basically I have been lied too and strung along on a trout line with no hope of ever getting anything. This switch has cost me way too much money and peace of mind during the holidays and now into the New Year.
