The Verizon rep at the store was good. The problem is the reps on the phone had no idea of anything and couldn’t help with anything. We were at the store for 5 hours getting 2 new phones on a new phone line. No one could do anything. I am now back at the store so far for 2 hours because the trade in offer wouldn’t work through the process we were told to do. No rep this store rep has been transferred to is able to answer any questions or get this to work. We went through the step to recycle and on our side everything went. Again, back at the store now for 2 hours because the phone reps have no idea what to do. How is activating phones so hard and trading in So difficult? This is stuff that is done every day. How are we as customers expected to spend so much time waiting at the store.
