Why do I have to type in my password every time I log in to my account and not be able to do it via the Touch ID nor Face ID Biometrics, has it gone downhill on Verizon side or something, it works on other apps that allow it to that I have it set up on but not My Verizon App is where it do not work at all, something needs to be done for it to get back to working for me and all the people that can’t set it up on our devices whether it be Android or Apple, I had an SE and now have the big 14 Plus as Face ID don’t wanna work as it be saying to try later as it failed to set up on the device.
