Unable to use my work VPN with my 5G home internet the speeds drops to 8/1 with my vpn. IT says it my home internet we have updated and changed as many things as possible.

You might have to try some different MTU settings. https://community.verizon.com/t5/5G-Home-Internet/Verizon-5g-Internet-Cisco-Anyconnect-and-PALO-ALTO-Global/m-p/1741876 or a "VPN MTU" search in the Verizon forums. I had to change my TCPMSS setting in my router for optimal performance.
Hi AnnaL28, due to 5G Home being completely wireless internet it is not compatible with some VPNs. I do apologize please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
