I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for over 26 years. I’m currently experiencing some extreme financial difficulties. This has forced me to pay my bill a couple weeks late each month. But I of course, always pay! I have never received such extreme harassment and threats in the form of calls, voicemails and texts from a company. These start at just a couple days late! I never pay a month late, but right now I have to pick and choose what gets paid first. And I kinda need to eat, so sometimes food is a priority to my phone bill. I’m disgusted at the level of insincerity and impatience, especially for a customer of over 26 years! There is very little compassion left in this world. FYI Verizon… I will always pay my bill. It just may be a little late while I try to pull my life together!
