We switched to a new provider because they offered a much less expensive service as my husband is a first responder. We never received a final bill from Verizon and we were cut off from our online account before the final bill was available. Today, I saw a pending auto payment in my bank changes from Verizon for almost double our monthly bill amount. I never authorized this payment and I never received a final bill or statement explaining the charges. I want the charges reversed immediately or I will file a complaint with my bank if this is not dealt with immediately.
