Monday I (stupidly) called VZW after receiving a text message about saving $10 a line. But I figured I was going to switch to unlimited (from the old 8GB plan with rollover) before my next trip to Canada, so called. Shoulda done it online...
CSR put all the lines on the basic - Welcome - plan (I need hot spot). And my second line was split into a separate phone. I used chat later that day and was led to believe it was fixed but 40 hours later, I still have the second line as a separate phone and can't verify it was fixed or change the plan because the order is still pending. Why is it taking so long to fix it?

You can't change your plan until this order has been processed"
