Xbox gaming bundle on us

I got my new home internet on Dec 4th 2024. I got it in the store. I was promised $200 gift card as rebate and Xbox Gaming Bundle as a promotion for getting the home internet. I saw the promotion online too and also the store agent confirmed it. I also have a email proof on what was promised.

I have not received any email to redeem those promises. Finally, after talking and messaging 100 agents, i was finally able to redeem the $200 rebate.(That is yet to be processed and I will have to wait 8 weeks for that) Thats a story for another day.

Now, on to the main problem, when and how can I redeem my Xbox gaming bundle (ie) Xbox Wireless Controller, XboxStereo Headset, and a $50 Xbox Gift Card. I am talking to every possible agent on call and message. My problem is not solved yet. Need help. I wouldnt have chosen verizon if I have to fight for the promises made by them.

No. I didn’t know about this neither it was mentioned in the email I received. I have no clue.

I'm having basically the same issue right now. Except they are telling me that the promo wasn't available when I placed the order!! I very purposefully selected the bundle like you did, when I placed my order, and that was really the only reason I even decided to try their internet. I'm now being run around the ring these past couple weeks while they submit tickets and ask me to wait x amount of business days. Fortunately it sounds like my rebates are resolved (or will be after 48hrs...), but I'm still having to fight and wait for a response to this most recent ticket about the Xbox gaming bundle. I would've stuck with my last internet provider if I had known I'd have all these issues. Still hopeful this last ticket does something though. The rep I spoke with on the phone today seemed nice enough and offered to personally call me back next week with the results from the ticket.

Overall though, my experience with Verizon rebates and promos has left much to be desired. My family has been a customer for like 20plus years as well. Hoping things maybe get better again. Time will tell...

I have the same problem. I received the email on January 21 that said “your Xbox Gaming Bundle is ready to redeem”. I did that but I have only received a gift card and controller. I’ve called several times and keep getting transferred. Can someone help?
