Verizon Techs:
How does one log into their Verizon account online without a working cell phone. I currently do not have access to my defective Verizon phone which is being repaired.
But Verizon, will only allow me to verify my login in through an SMS text message which I cannot receive.
And Verizon calls itself a technology company.
What is the solution?
(Hint: The solution is to provide alternate means of authentication, like literally every other company does, such as by sending an email or by calling another registered phone number.)
